Sign in to sync your devices, presets, and setlists across all your devices - phone, tablet, and desktop.
Click Sign in in the sidebar. Enter your email address and click Send magic link. Check your inbox - you'll get an email with a one-click sign-in link. Click it and you're in. No password to remember.
Once signed in, RigWork syncs:
Changes sync automatically - 2 seconds after you make a change, RigWork pushes it to the cloud. The sync dot in the sidebar shows the current state: idle (no dot), syncing (pulsing), synced (solid), or error.
If you already have local data on this device and then sign in to a cloud account that also has data, RigWork will ask which version to keep:
After the first sign-in, subsequent sign-ins on the same device will silently pull cloud data without prompting.
A common setup: build and edit presets on your desktop (larger screen, more comfortable), then pull up RigWork on a tablet for Show Mode on stage. Both use the same account - everything stays in sync.
| Dot state | Meaning |
|---|---|
| No dot / hidden | Not signed in |
| Pulsing amber | Sync in progress |
| Solid green | Synced - cloud is up to date |
| Solid red | Sync error - check connection |
RigWork works offline. All your data is stored locally in the browser as well as in the cloud. If you're without internet on stage, RigWork functions exactly the same - it just won't push changes until you're back online.
Click your email address in the sidebar, then Sign out. Your local data stays. The cloud copy stays. You're just disconnected from cloud sync until you sign in again.
